Refunds are only eligible for non-customized Jewel Nexa items returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within 7 days of purchase.
Custom-designed, engraved, or modified Jewel Nexa pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their unique nature.
